Returns

Effective Oct. 17, 2019 we offer store credit or exchange within 10 days from the date your package is delivered for any unworn/unwashed items. Once contacted, you must email us the tracking number within 72 hours of us verifying your return. We do not offer refunds. Original shipping costs are not refunded. All items ending in .99 are deemed final. For hygenic purposes, all jewelry is deemed final as well. Buyer pays return shipping and product must be in original condition, including shoe boxes with lid and must be received on our end BEFORE store credit is given. Any items returned after the 10 days will be shipped back at buyers expense OR a 20% restocking fee may be in affect, depending on availability of item(s) returned. For returns, contact us at shop@vintagecactus.com and include your order number. Your happiness is our number one priority, so if you have questions/concerns- PLEASE CONTACT US!
